Every BlueCentral Enterprise hosting customer can simply log on to the customer control panel and access:

  • Account administration information including invoicing and service agreements
  • Service performance statistics and reporting
  • Usage statistics and capacity planning considerations
  • Tickets logged and resolution tracking
  • Configuration of DNS and domain settings
  • Active services
  • Notifications and scheduled upgrades
  • Ability to enter authorised customer contacts and users

BlueCentral's online portals provide our customers with an anywhere, anytime method of communicating with our support centre so that critical tasks can be lodged and resolved to ensure your applications are always operational and up time is maintained. To log onto these online services simply return to the homepage and access the:

  • Control Panel (Enterprise Hosting Customers): Access to the BlueCentral Enterprise Hosting Customer Service Portal
  • WebMail: Access to BlueCentral email services
  • Mobility Extranet: Access for all BlueCentral mobility customers requiring mobility specific usage and service data. The mobility extranet provides real time reporting available 24x7 that detail the breakdown of messaging traffic by: service, total MO's received, total MT's sent accepted by the carrier and failed and delivered messages. The extranet also shows historical records of all SMS sent and received by MSISDN. The following diagrams detail the level of reporting available via the mobility extranet.
