Olaf Moon has held a number of senior management and executive positions with companies across a range of industries including Optus, Wang, IBM, Digital Equipment Corporation, QLD & ACT Government and most recently Macquarie Telecom. Olaf entered the IT&T sector with IBM in late 1983. Olaf has held management consultancy positions, completing numerous large scale consultancies for Federal and State Government agencies.
Sales & Marketing Director: Graeme Watts
Graeme Watts has been working in the IT&T sector for over 15 years for predominately data centre and managed infrastructure services suppliers. During this period Graeme has held sales and marketing based roles centred upon generating new business and managing existing customer account relationships.
Customer Service Manager: Frank Boffa
Frank Boffa is the Customer Services Manager at BlueCentral, responsible for the management of customer service and technical support teams and a technical operations team that currently service over 8000 clients worldwide. The key driver for this role is to make a key contribution to the development of services based around emerging and existing technologies and assist the evolution to a customer service culture to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the product sets sold and used by our customers.
Frank is ITIL certified and has extensive experience in customer service disciplines and successfully developed and managed a number of teams within the data and telecommunication industry. Prior to joining BlueCentral Frank served as an senior Service and Operations Manager for Telstra Business Systems, BTAS and JTEC. Frank brings to his role at BlueCentral over 20 years experience in the Customer Service arena and complements this with a diverse background as a Support Engineer and Sales.
General Manager Mobility Products: Daniel Balfour
Daniel Balfour is the General Manager for the Mobility division of BlueCentral. He is responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for BlueCentral's mobility solutions. This role signals BlueCentral's entry into the dynamic mobile communications market. He will be developing new product offerings and platform enhancements to ensure BlueCentral's Mobility services are best of breed globally.
Daniel's telecommunications background specialising in mobile messaging and communications products puts BlueCentral in a strong position to succeed in the emerging mobile business and mobile commerce markets. Daniel takes an active role in the industry and ensures BlueCentral is well represented within Communications Alliance and other industry bodies. Daniel brings to his role at BlueCentral 9 years of experience in the mobile industry and has held product management and product marketing roles at Virgin Mobile prior to joining BlueCentral.
Chief Technology Officer: Ross Dour
Ross Dour is the Chief Technology Officer at BlueCentral, responsible for the creation and implementation of technology strategy to compliment the underlying products and business. Under Ross Dour the BlueCentral technology initiatives are driven with a customer centric focus and form a central part of how Technology bridges between Sales, Creative, Operations and our Clients.
Ross has extensive experience in a range of project disciplines and project environments including experience in successfully managing large scale infrastructure and software projects in Australia, United States and United Kingdom. Prior to joining BlueCentral Ross served as a senior consultant in a successful governance, risk and compliance firm as well as in product development and relationship management roles.
Ross brings to his role at BlueCentral a breadth of experience and a diverse background from his previous work in the United States, Asia and Australasia across a range of industries including Automotive, Gaming, Polymer Engineering, Medial Sciences and Utilities.
Product Manager: Meile Worrad
Meile Worrad is the Product Manager of BlueCentral Enterprise. Meile is responsible for the on-going management of the product lifecycle and the development of new hosting products and services. Meile’s key focus is to ensure the product mix BlueCentral offer to our customers provides cost effective access to the latest and most relevant technologies to meet their business needs, importantly technologies and support services that assist our customers gain competitive advantage.
Meile has a depth of experience in the IT & T sector, having worked within the Telecommunications and Managed Hosting Services industry for over 10 years, with the last 7 years as National Product Manager of Hosting services for SingTel Optus.
The charter of Meile’s last role was to understand the business requirements of small business, corporate and government clients and develop managed infrastructure and hosting services to support these needs. Critical to the role was understanding the infrastructure hosting and security requirements of clients and commercialising these services to support the changing needs of businesses. As the industry explores new approaches to delivering hosted computing services and considers private and public cloud strategies, Meile is focused upon commercialising BlueCentral’s Cloud Hosting Services definition and product strategy.
