Access to BlueCentral internet data centres
BlueCentral provides internet data centre access for our enterprise hosting customers. Our customers with enterprise hosting may require access to their hosting servers in times of network emergencies or for maintenance. To maintain the high level of security we offer our customers, a Technical Account Manager is required to escort you to the data centres. For this reason charges apply for this service.
If you wish to request access to our data centres, please fill out our BlueCentral Escort Booking Sheet and contact your account manager on 1300 258 323, who will arrange your visit.
