Customer Hosting Control Panel

In addition to BlueCentral's personalised Account Management, we offer each customer, access to your own Control Panel via any web browser, world-wide. You can log in to that Control Panel from the main BlueCentral web page, and see in real-time the status and performance of your servers, virtual server, dedicated server or internet bandwidth. For each server, you can view the availability, CPU usage, memory status and disk space used.

Unlike our competitors, this service is provided using standard Microsoft Tools such as SCOM (System Centre Operations Manager) and is set up on a separate server to provide your personal company details, without risk of access by others, and at a performance level that you would expect. This level of security is not offered by most other web hosting companies and is a core offering of our Platform Services.

PLESK Control Panel

In addition, we offer a Parallels PLESK service via a different control panel. This is a world recognised Tool that enables our customers, to also manage the performance and billing aspects of your own customers, for example for a digital hosting business or e-commerce company.

Other Tools - Environmental Performance Systems

BlueCentral also offers other tools for special requirements. For example, we can provide data GPO Power rails for co-location customers, by rack or RU, and the necessary web access to determine the electricity usage for any component you wish to measure. The cost of the actual data rails is additional to the normal rack rental charge.
