Expert Technical Hosting Support

A key benefit to all of our customers, is that BlueCentral has the scale required to hire and train technical experts in areas as diverse as Linux, Microsoft applications, PCI, networking, hosted IPV6 and other key hosting requirements of our clients, where an individual customer may not have the need or where-withal to employ an equivalent full-time hosting expert.

Remote Hands and TAM (Technical Account Management) Services

BlueCentral supports our Managed services customers with technical skills from our permanent team in both Melbourne and Sydney. These are out staff, not contractors. They are also full time employees.

You may ask your Account Manager for fixed price or time-and-materials quotations for these services. In the majority of cases they are delivered by our own Australian employees, but occasionally by other technical staff at our Data Centres who work for Fujitsu or Datacom.
Our rates are publicly displayed in our proposals and in our MSA contracts for current customers and are generally the same rate charged at any hour. Please note that some services are provided “free” or in other words included in the overall managed hosting services that you contract.

A Dedicated Hosting NOC

BlueCentral runs a true National Hosting Operations Centre, from a purpose-built facility in Alexandria, Sydney. We don't use telephone Agents or take calls in India or Philippines. All our staff speaks Australian English as their first language. All our staff are technically trained from the first person you talk to about your task, ticket or incident. We NEVER provide call centre services from foreign call centres.

Hosting TAM and Hosting Consultancy

Technical Account Management services and consultancy are provided at cost to our customers using Dedicated services or Managed hosting services.

Systems Integration, IT Services and IT Support

Systems Integration services are provided by our partners, in particular by other IPMG Group companies such as Massmedia, Blackglass and BlueArc. BlueCentral is not a Systems Integrator as such, but can supply the full service in partnership with them to deliver full managed hosting services.
