Occasionally our larger customers have websites and servers subject to deliberate Denial of Services Attacks. We can provide dedicated anti- DDOS services via our partners Optus and NextGen on request. HIDS services (host intrusion detection services) are available on request but can only be offered on managed servers. We view anti-DDOS services as a key part of a comprehensive managed hosting services.

IPS Services (Intrusion Prevention Service)

BlueCentral provides both shared and dedicated web filtering services to protect our customers from viruses, trojans and other attacks. We include Server Anti-virus. This is provided using Symantec software for most customers, but hardware based IPS services are also available.

IDS Services (Intrusion Detection Services)

For customers who prefer to control your own filtering service and any resulting actions, we offer a Symantec software, based detection service only.

Anti-DDOS Services

Occasionally our larger customers have websites and servers subject to deliberate Distributed Denial of Services Attacks. We can provide dedicated anti- DDOS services via our partners Optus and NextGen on request. These are provided at the carrier level, to avoid a DDOS load from impacting your servers or other customers on our network.
