Director: David Burkett

David is the Director for BlueCentral and CEO of IPMG Digital, the parent company of BlueCentral. David is responsible for overseeing BlueCentral’s strategy and operations in his capacity as Director of BlueCentral. As CEO of IPMG Digital, he is accountable for the growth of IPMG’s digital portfolio of companies. As the Parent Company IPMG is dedicated to building the talent and capabilities within each business to ensure they deliver market-leading solutions to clients. In addition to portfolio management of the digital businesses as a director of each company, David holds corporate responsibility for digital portfolio investments. Prior to joining IPMG David had a successful career in Media, most recently as Managing Director of Time Magazines SOPAC and Chairman of the MPA.

GM - Clients & Strategy: Simon Oliver

Simon Oliver was promoted to the role of GM - Clients & Strategy in January 2012. In this role Simon is responsible for managing Blue Central’s client service team and building their managed hosting offering in the market. Simon has over 20 years of business development and customer focused experience, 12 of which have been in the IT consulting and hosting services industry. He joined the Blue Central team in 2010 as Business Development Manager and Subject Matter Expert. His previous positions include senior roles at Macquarie Hosting, Webcentral and OzHosting.com. Simon has expertise in the areas of complex hosting services, application management, infrastructure management, virtualisation, business continuity planning and disaster recovery assessment and delivery.

Customer Service Manager: Frank Boffa

Frank Boffa is the very committed Customer Services Manager at BlueCentral, responsible for the management of customer service and technical support teams and a technical operations team that currently service over 8000 clients worldwide. The key driver for this role is to make a key contribution to the development of services based around emerging and existing technologies and assist the evolution to a customer service culture to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the product sets sold and used by our customers. Frank's NOC team are all Australians, based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Prior to joining BlueCentral Frank served as an senior Service and Operations Manager for Telstra Business Systems, BTAS and JTEC. Frank brings to his role at BlueCentral over 20 years experience in the Customer Service arena. 

Chief Technology Officer: Ross Dour

Ross Dour is the long serving Chief Technology Officer at BlueCentral, responsible for the creation and implementation of the cloud technology strategy to compliment the underlying products and business. Under Ross Dour the BlueCentral technology initiatives are driven with a customer centric focus and form a central part of how Technology bridges between Sales, Creative, Operations and our Clients.

Ross has extensive experience in a range of project disciplines including experience in successfully managing large scale infrastructure and software projects in Australia, United States and United Kingdom. Ross brings to his role at BlueCentral a breadth of experience and a diverse background from his previous work in the United States, Asia and Australasia across a range of industries including Automotive, Gaming, Polymer Engineering, Medial Sciences and Utilities.
